St. Clare’s Kitchen Recipes

All the recipes on this page have been served in St. Clare’s Kitchen by St. Francis In The Pines Church members at coffee hour after Sunday morning worship.
Having been thoroughly tested by Church members and judged to be “Creme de le Creme” foods, these preparation instructions are shared here with you.

Reuben Dip
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 can corned beef
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
12 oz. grated Swiss cheese

Mix together. Bake 1.5 hours at 300.
Serve with party rye bread.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce (I used 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 cans Swanson premium white chunk chicken in water, drained

Stir cream cheese until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Bake for 20 min. at 350 or until hot and bubbling. Stir.
Serve with celery, carrots or crackers.
